Returns

Halo Brow Bar accepts returns of any product purchased as long as it meets the following requirements.

Return Requirements

• The product is unopened. This is due to sanitation requirements.
• The product packaging is undamaged and in it's original condition.

Return Process

To begin the process please contact info@halobrowbar.com and provide the information below.

• Name
• Oder Number
• Reason for return
• If damaged please include a photo of the product.

Once we receive your request we will review situation and send a followup email with a shipping label to facilitate the return at no extra cost. Once we receive the return and approve its condition you will receive an email confirming your refund. Refunds usually take 5-7 business days to go through. If you have not received your refund within 7 days please contact us.
